Back at it again with another R&R. I’m starting to notice another interesting pattern of my communication that I think might be the toughest to “resolve” yet. I sway. Body movement isn’t all bad, but I rock myself back and forth like a lil baby. Hand motions aren’t the distracting part, the insesant body movement is. When sitting I remain quite still, but when standing I rock. I wonder why, jk I know why haha. So let’s see what we can do about that.
Oh! The topic of this “week’s” record and review is catch phrases. I’ve got a couple lil ones that I will monitor over the next few weeks to make sure I’m not leaning too hard on them or being obnoxious with them.
